Create a single HTML file with multiple forms. Considering the following conditions.
1. Forms should auto-submit with specific intervals.
2. All forms must be simultaneous without refreshing the page.
3. Each form should read data from a JSON file using PHP and display it.
4. DO NOT USE ANY FRAMEWORK. HTML PHP JQUERY AJAX should be used.
