Multiple Changes needed in front & back end of a laravel based web application -- 2

I am looking for a skilled developer with experience in Laravel to make multiple changes in both the front-end and back-end of my web application.

Front-end Changes:
- I need design modifications so as to add new features
- debugging also needed of some features
- for some features creation of some parts of front end also reqd

Back-end Changes:
- I require functionality enhancements to optimize the performance and usability of the application.
- New features that have to be added, back end changes for that
- Integeration with external APIs
-Creation of CRUD Jobs
- Integeration OpenAI Apis back end and front end both for this


Deadline:
- The changes are not required immediately, but I would prefer a developer who can work on this project & deliver it in a month or less if possible

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Laravel framework
- Experience in front-end design modifications
- Expertise in back-end functionality enhancements
- Ability to work collaboratively with the client to finalize the list of enhancements
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
