Multiplayer Web Game

We are looking to make a server of MiniGames for people to play as a plugin to a current website. Or an extension. It would be a multiplayer server with a credit base system for wagers. We would like there to be a lobby where people can see other's custom characters before loading into the game. We can make the designs for the custom characters ourselves, just need some direction.
