Multi-language Integration and SEO for Laravel Site

I need a developer experienced in Laravel PHP and technical SEO to enhance my web tool site.

Requirements:

1. The site presently has 16 languages. The ideal Freelancer need to add 24 new languages (dropdown with 4 columns, 10 languages each)
- Full site translation, including blog posts
- Language selection in the dropdown menu

2. Technical SEO Setup:
- Dynamic XML Sitemap
- Robots.txt
- Canonical Tags
- Google Analytics integration
- Indexing on Google Search Console, Bing, and Yandex Webmaster Tools
- Resolve all technical SEO issues to improve Google's Core Web Vitals

Ideal Skills and Experience:
