Multi-Vendor paypal payments

I'm designing a website where one buyer can purchase from multiple vendors in one transaction. They will be paying into paypal, but the payment needs to be split between multiple vendors + a percentage commission to us. The site will be built in PHP
Can someone code the payment section of the shopping cart, once the buyer clicks on "Complete Transaction"? It needs to integrate with receiving and sending information to a MySQLi database via PHP.
The website is only just being started, so this project won't be completed for several more weeks or months.
