Multi Vendor Product Sync solution

Hi There, I run a small woocommerce multi vendor marketplace - Vendors have the option to import products via CSV file but manually updating via dokan multivendor plugin - What i need is for someone to find and implement a solution that can integrate multiple shopify and wooomerce sotre/ products to my central woocommerce store - update stock levels and assets but only record sales completed on my site (not the vendors)
