3. Delivery App (iOS & Android):

- Order assignment based on location
- GPS navigation and maps
- Proof of delivery

4. Website (Web Platform):

- Fully functional e-commerce interface
- Responsive design for all devices

5. Admin Dashboard (Super Admin):

- Full control over merchants and delivery agents
- Order management
- Commission and payment management

Mandatory Requirement (Very Important):

All applicants must submit a detailed Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, and Timeline Proposal, including:

- Technologies to be used (Frontend / Backend / Mobile)
- System architecture
- Server and hosting infrastructure (Cloud / Hosting)
- Data protection and security approach
- Scalability strategy
- Project milestones and phases

Any proposal without a clear and detailed technical proposal will NOT be considered.

Source Code Ownership (Mandatory):

The selected developer or company must deliver full ownership of the complete source code for all project components, including:

- Mobile applications (iOS & Android)
- Backend and APIs
- Web platform
- Admin dashboard

The source code must be:

- Fully transferred to the client upon final payment
- Delivered via a version control system (e.g., Git repository)
- Clean, documented, and maintainable

The developer/vendor shall retain no ownership, rights, or restrictions over the source code after delivery.
