Multi-User Web-Based Educational Management App

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a web-based application that can offer grade calculation and assignment management functionalities. This is a multi-user platform intended to assist several teachers at once, fostering an easier educational management process.
Key Features:
- Grade Calculation: The app should be capable will calculating grades based on the inputs provided by teachers.
- Tracks v9 of the Australian Curriculum ENGLISH over years. (See attachment)
- Assignment Management: Teachers should be able to assign, track, and manage assignments.
- Must be very clean and intuititve, use with touch screens.
- Google / apple clean interface.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in web application development.
- Prior experience with education apps or similar is highly preferred.
- A deep understanding of grade calculations and assignment management functionalities.
