Multi-Tenant Invoice App Deployment Automation

SaaS Platform Setup – Multi-Tenant Invoicing App (Based on Invoice Ninja or Similar)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps engineer or full-stack developer to help us build an automated SaaS platform based on an open-source invoicing software (e.g., Invoice Ninja v5).

Goal:
Each time a company signs up via our main website, the system should automatically deploy a new instance of the invoicing app (on our VPS), assign a custom subdomain, configure SSL, create a separate database, and send credentials to the client.

Required Tasks:
Select and deploy the open-source invoicing software (Invoice Ninja preferred – Laravel/PHP/MySQL – or suggest an alternative).

Automate deployment using Docker or equivalent solution.

Create user onboarding workflow:

Simple registration form (company name, email, etc.)

Automatic deployment of a new instance upon signup

Assign unique subdomain (e.g., clientname.myinvoicing.com)

Generate and install free SSL certificate (Let's Encrypt)

Auto-send email with login details

Optional: Integrate payment system (Stripe or PayPal) to activate instance after payment.

Create an admin panel for us to monitor deployed instances, disable/delete accounts, etc.

Nginx or Traefik for reverse proxy & subdomain routing

Mailgun / SMTP for transactional emails

Stripe / Paddle for billing

VPS (Debian/Ubuntu server with root access)

Full SaaS-ready platform

Clean and documented code

Easy-to-deploy setup (scripts or documentation)

Ongoing support (optional – discussable)
