Multi-Service IDV SaaS Application Development

I'm in need of a skilled Laravel developer to build a powerful backend IDV SaaS application that's designed to cater to small businesses and individual users. It should support multi-tenancy and offer multiple services.
Key Features:
Deploy New Laravel stack boilerplate with updates to current existing code in latest version with the project dependencies.
Use the current WordPress theme template for the application's HTML design. which have been used in the existing application.
All the third-party tools and APIs will include AWS Cognito, Firebase, Blade, Twilio SMS, Stripe, etc.
Client will provide some references or screenshots related to the functionality if needed at the time of development.
Primary work on the backend (Admin), Dashboards sections.
We will provide backend Figma design details.

The application is intended to offer less than 5 different services initially. This, however, doesn't mean that the system shouldn't be designed for scalability. It should be built with the ability to accommodate the future addition of more services smoothly.
