Multi-Data Web & Mobile App for field collection
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need to create a web app that allows organizations to design their databases in a user-friendly manner. Each database will be linked to sub-forms and forms that interact with each other. Additionally, the web app will be synchronized with a mobile app.
For example, the structure will be as follows:
We decide to work on a specific country at the admin3 level (cadaster). Organizations can then design sites (such as buildings, schools, etc.). Under each site (for example, a building), they can create shelters. Each shelter can house multiple families, including heads of households and members. Shelters can also be linked to tanks and toilets.
Additionally, we will have one main form (e.g., building) with multiple forms linked to it. Each structure created can have additional forms to conduct various assessments later.
