Moving whole custom PHP site from cpanel to IIS

I'm looking for somebody that has experience working with windows server, I am moving from a c panel hosting to iis. Need you to Integrate the whole website and also set up mail server or stmp relay.

Please only looking for experience people, cant have the site down too long and we need to have it up ASAP.
