Move my website (webpage, email, etc.) from Current Hostgator to AWS Hosting

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me move my static HTML website from my current hosting provider, Hostgator, to AWS Hosting.
Requirements:
- Experience with website migration from Hostgator to AWS Hosting
- Knowledge of HTML and website file transfer
- Ability to ensure a smooth transition of the website without any loss of data or functionality
Additional Services:
- I would also like to explore additional services such as website optimization, security enhancement, and backup setup during the migration process.
Email Accounts:
