Move website to new theme

I have a website I have already created I need it moves over to my temp domain and all the content moved over and for it to work with the new theme i need the images added, and old ones removed and totally change of website
current website : thetechgees.co.uk
temp website : sandbox.thetechgees.co.uk

i have a strict budget so please do not bid if you are not happy to comply to that
