Move a subpage and re-direct

I must have done two minor tasks.
1: I have 2 websites where you have to move / copy / duplicate a subpage from website 1 to website 2.
The subpage that is being moved must not be activated, as it needs some work before it is ready go live again.
2: Once you have moved the subpage, website 1 must be shut down and a re-direct to website 2 must be made.
You will of course receive all the necessary information, if you are the person who is assigned the task.
