Move item with drag drop feature

Hello.
I am looking an individual developer who can create a drop drop feature using MYSQL and CodeIgniter 4. My requirement is to move item from one location to another location using drag functionality (see the PowerPoint)
Once you drop the item to the required location a bootstrap 4 modal should appear in which i can enter the required quantity to move once the item is moved database should be update as well.
My budget for this project is 50USD.
