Move custom functionality from one WordPress theme to another (Woocommerce + API)

I have designed a new layout for my client, but their is some customisation that needs to move over to work on the new theme. It is an api issue and we are using woocommerce.

This should only be a small project for someone who knows php and javascript.

NDA (non disclosure agreement) will need to be signed to work on this project.
