Move-In Inspection Online Form
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We need an online form created. The form should serve as a checklist for Move-In Inspection for rental apartments. See attached document for instruction for Form "Input Fields" and expected "Outputs" upon submission. Submitted forms should be sent to an email address as the attached PDF attachment.
Furthermore, the online form should have the following features and capabilities:
1. Form should be responsive and should work seamlessly on mobile browsers.
2. Form should give users the ability to take photos while conducting an inspection the "Click Camera Icon to Take Photo" or "Upload Photo from FIle"
3. Date fields should have "Calendar" capability installed
4. Form should give users the opportunity to append their "Signature" before submitting
5. The form output should look like the attached output field document (Output Fields - Move-In Inspection Form.pdf) with any uploaded or taken photos.
6. All completed and submitted Request Forms should be routed as an attached PDF to an email address we will provide.
Interested candidates should share previously completed online form(s), and all bids should be final and sealed.
