Motorcycle Campaign Mobile App Development -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Summary
Description:
I run a South Australian motorcycle visibility campaign called Have You Seen GUS?. I need a simple, reliable, mobile-first system that works like an app (web app / forms + database). It must be LIVE within 7 days.
IMPORTANT: This is NOT a native iOS/Android App Store app. It must work immediately on phones via a link/QR code.
What I need (3 forms + sponsors page)
A) Rider Registration (public, no login)
Purpose: collect rider details so I can contact and approve them.
Fields (required unless noted):
First name
Surname
Email
Mobile
Suburb/postcode
State (default SA)
Riding group/club (optional)
Consent checkbox + privacy statement (no selling/on-selling data)
Checkbox: “I agree to be contacted about campaign participation and vest collection”
B) Rider Ride Log (registered riders only — verified by Rider Code, no password login)
Purpose: riders log where they rode while wearing the vest that day.
Requirements:
Rider enters a Rider Code (required) that I issue after official acceptance
If Rider Code is invalid → submission must be blocked or clearly flagged as invalid
Fields:
Rider Code (required)
Date/time (auto-filled, editable)
Where they rode (suburb/postcode + optional route notes)
Approx km ridden (optional)
Notes (optional)
C) Public “Log a Sighting” (public)
Fields:
First name (required)
Surname (required)
Email (required)
Location (suburb/postcode required + optional GPS pin)
Date/time (auto-filled, editable)
Optional photo upload
Optional notes
Age range dropdown (required)
Consent checkbox + privacy statement
Safety note: “Never take photos while driving. Log later.”
D) “See Our Sponsors” page/tab
Public page listing sponsors (logo + link + tier)
Must be easy for me to update (editable list or Airtable-driven)
Admin requirements (must-have)
Admin dashboard to view all submissions (separate views for each form)
Filter by date/month
Export CSV anytime
Basic spam protection on public forms (captcha/honeypot)
Simple way to mark monthly prize draw winners (e.g., a checkbox/tag field)
Rider Code workflow (must-have)
Rider Codes stored in the database (e.g., Airtable table called “Riders”)
I can add/disable Rider Codes easily
Ride Log form checks Rider Code against the database before accepting the entry
Preferred build approach (choose one)
Fillout / Jotform / Tally + Airtable (preferred for speed)
Softr/Glide + Airtable (ok if still within 7 days)
Deliverables
Live URL(s) + QR-ready links
Airtable base + admin access
All accounts created under my email and handed over
Short handover guide (how to add sponsors, add Rider Codes, export CSV)
Deadline
Must be live in 7 days. Please include a day-by-day plan and milestones.
To apply, include:
1) Which tool stack you’ll use and why
2) 2–3 examples of similar builds
3) Fixed price quote + milestones
4) What you need from me in the first 24 hours
