Moodle plugin convert to mobile compatible (demo and full code provided)

I have to convert some of the moodle plugins to mobile compatible versions.
For example, the Micrsoft Block plugin (https://moodle.org/plugins/block_microsoft) needs to be converted to mobile compatible. There is a demo plugin provided to demonstrate how to do this conversion. (https://tracker.moodle.org/secure/attachment/68142/block_stupid.zip).
Anyone is available for this conversion quickly without wasting my time?
