Moodle/Iomad Consultant

We are looking for Moodle / IOMAD consultant who can help us with the below scope of work. The requirement is for 160Hours freelancing work. Experience 3-4 End - End Projects.

Building an enterprise-level app on learning management systems based on IOMAD/Moodle/PHP
Perform design, configure, customize, and implement responsive and effective LMS system
Implement multi-tenancy scalable IOMAD architecture
Develop plugin for Events, Workshops, Role-based access for courses and users
Integrate with plugins when required, write scripts to automate Moodle routines and processes
Planning and implementing API integrations with third parties when required
Integrate custom UI across the web and mobile interfaces
Should actively involve in Plugin Development, UI Customization and Theme Customization
Analyze business processes, and user requirements to establish Moodle
Support Moodle/PHP implementations and resolve any technical issues
Explore IOMAD platform to develop/customize different plugins and complete POC on technical
challenges
Good to have AWS knowledge (EC2/RDS/SES/Route53)
