Moodle Extension Request plugin
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 AUD
we are wanting an Extension Request plugin developed to facilitate and an authenticated, intelligent, and simple request process from within the product for learners and a administrative back end to ensure timeliness of request responses, escalation, and reporting. Desired outcomes to consider:
- A long term repository for extension requests which will allow faculty to search historic requests by first name, last name, or student ID
- Linked directly in the LMS and limits extension options based on the learner's active study
- A request form that is userfriendly and can be configured by administrators
- A way to have the right staff notified based on data in the LMS
- Checks or reminders if they are unactioned, preferably at the program director level
- A system that would allow sessionals to approve their own students
- A way for program directors to run reports at a course level
