Montring System -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need to build a full system with a beautiful friendly UI for the user. the system is design to mange and control the schools attends. the project is devised into two part one the software and second for hardware
Software:
first we will have 2 modes first mode is parents of the students and second the admin mode each mode has its own pages and functionality.
we Will have the Welcoming page then for the login page we will have tow thing when the administrator mode and the father mode for the father the Login the the Main page which will have the 3 choices 1- show student details 2- calling student 3- permit someone else to take the student only that. When the admistotr login the the buttons will be 1- Registertion when he press it it will show register new pernt and then it will show put the information of the pernt Name and ID and day of birth and the phone number and student id. same rgistetion page will have new student and in will ask for name and id school name the grade. and back to the home page of admisterion will have Delete and update button when he enter he will view and can search for the student or fathers and update them or delete them. Back again to the home page of the the admistrion will have view student where he will see all the student and he can search in specific student and see a full report about him as shown in the tiger of report in the pic. -For the view the student you can searc h by the name of the student and view the information when did she came and when did she left and so on. -For the calling the father can make it manly or auto if it is manually the system will call her when he near to the school by the stop of her school and it will go to the screen and will call her name -For the last one the preimnt each father can make anybody take his student by giving him a temporary access to his account.
for the admin mode first page will have 3 choices which is 1- register new prents and connected him with his students or children. 2- update and delete parents 3- monster the attends to go and see who is abeest and attend and give full report for each student in the school so we can print it.
the other software is a website that will show the student name and will call them by there name when the parents arrived to the school so we can put it in the screen.
for the hardware part:
Scanning student card: There will be a hardware device that will scan and read the student card or bracelet so it can send all the entry and exit information of the student to the database. Show and call the student number: When the monitor receives that the parent is near, or he/she arrived it will compare the information with the student database and find the match then it will show and the call the name on the screen. The location: Each phone that downloaded our app it after the registration it will save the scope or the area of the school for her/his daughter. So, when he /she arrives, it will send to the monitor automatically. Application Function: Options of the transportation: an application the parents will have the option of choosing what kind of transportation for their daughter. We have their option 1-Parent pick her 2- Walking, 3- bus and we will have the Temporary Permit option and we will have an option to scan the barcode for Temporary Permit or giving temporary permit for the application using tempera password that sends in WhatsApp Temporary Permit: the parent can give anyone a temporary permit by choosing the choice and send for the one who will pick her up a temporary bar code. 7:33 PM So we will have first the login page only then we will have the home page which will have the 3 choices 1- show student details 2- calling student 3- perimnt someone else to take the student 7:33 PM for the view the student you can search by the name of the student and view the information when did she came and when did she left and so on.
