Module/script: Calculate the fare for a delivery service for a Wordpress website

I am looking for a module or script to calculate the fare for a delivery service on my Wordpress website. The project requires the following:

- Based on Google maps

Frontend input:
1. Number of extra stops (max 5)
2. Collection address
3. Stopover addresses depending on the selection at option 1
4. Delivery address

Backend input:
1. Office address (which is used as a starting point for the calculation)
2. Fixed price part (excl. VAT)
3. Transportation type (3 types possible, variable input. E.g. Express, Van, Truck)
4. KM price per transportation type (excl. VAT)
5. VAT percentage

Calculation:
1. KM’s from Office address to Collection address +
2. KM’s from Office address to first stopover address (if applicable) +
3. KM’s from first stopover address to second stopover address (if applicable) +
4. More stopovers if applicable +
5. KM’s to Delivery address
6. Fixed price + (Total number of KM’s * KM price per truck type)

Display:
1. Total number of KM’s
2. Total prices per truck type
3. Route on Google maps


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Wordpress website development
- Knowledge of delivery service calculations and fare structures
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP or JavaScript
- Familiarity with modules or scripts that can handle fare calculations for delivery services
