Module to display Qrcode

Hi, i need same modules for 3 cms: Wordpress, Joomla, Prestashop:

Backoffice features:
1 input field => URL i will provide
1 save button => we can store url in file or database.
User can choose display module anywhere in frontend, seems cms already let user choose.

Frontend display:

TEXT => FOLLOW US
IMAGE => Qrcode image from URL above
TEXTE => SCAN ME

All are in description above no more features need , YOUR BID IS DEFINITIVE for 3 modules. I will choose team today to work on.
