Modify online chat script

Hello,
I have an online chat site in php5.4. The chat works in FRAMES and Reflesh and that's why the page is always reloading infinitely to update the chat messages, users who enter and leave the chat. I would like you to modify this page so that it no longer works in frames and reflesh to refresh the chat and I would like you to put this page in responsive, mobile friendly.
I'm uploading 2 videos that show that the chat is infinitely loading in REFLESH mode to update messages. And the other video shows that when I send a message the panel disappears and then goes back to normal and this also happens in the menu where the users who are online are.
These problems I wish someone would solve
