Modify keywords field at stock images website

Hello,
We want to make small edits to our website but let me give you a brief; it's stock images PHP LARAVEL website. When we upload a batch of photo/s , Amazon Rekognition identifies the photo/s and creates its keywords but we want to stop this as it's not accurate and we want to add the keywords manually instead (copy & paste separated by space or ; ) So we have two kinds of keywords; first one for each batch of photos which applied to all photos underneath and second for each photo in case we want to add different keyword/s for a certain photo. No keywords overwrite each other

Simply; We want to ADD three edits and KEEP everything as its:
1- Stop Amazon Rekognition which identifies the images because it generates wrong keywords.
2- Modify the batch keywords field to accept adding the keywords manually
3- The resolution of the homepage banners is less and needs to reduce the optimization to be better after upload.
3- It's very important to take care as we have the pain to have our website stable without any errors so let me know how will you work to achieve this task successfully without issues.

1- We should have a copy of the code in case anything wrong happens
2- Milestone will be created once awarded and will be released after the project is finished and tested
