Modify jQueryUI Autocomplete to autocomplete each new line of text

I want to use a textarea HTML element for users to input email addresses that will be sent an email based on the form input. Each line of the textarea would have an email address and each line would start a new autocomplete suggestion.
Without modification jQueryUI Autocomplete will provide suggestions for the first line, but after that it tries to match the entire text with the suggestion source and therefore no suggestions are presented. See attached video for an example of it not working properly.
I need someone to duplicate the Autocomplete functionality of jQueryUI and call it Autocompleteline and modify it to ignore any text before a line break and provide suggestions for each new line.
This project will be used on an IBM i server running PHP 5.5.13 and using jQueryUI 1.12.1. The modification must be based on this version of jQueryUI.
The deliverables:
A modified jQueryUI zip file just like you will download from jQueryUI but with the modified code.
