Modify an existing PHP project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a php expert to work with me on an existing project that needs to be modified.
There are two main task:
1. Give the portal a new look using a new html template made available by client
2. Modify sections (Add, Remove, Edit) of the web application.
An excerpt of some of the modifications is shown below:
* Make the visit encounter and progress note area faster.
* In patient registration form, add Religion, Hometown, State of Origin, Nationality, Occupation.
* Add Register as Patient link in the homepage. They can select State and all our hospitals registered in that state will come up and they can select the hospital and register as a patient in that hospital.
* also need to have a Refund button in the Full and Part payment page. So if refund is clicked on an already made payment, delete it from Completed payment and create a Refunds page where it will go. Then subtract it away from total income for the day, week, month and year.
Will share document contain all modifications with selected developer.
This is an urgent project and i only need an experienced php developer who is experienced with php frameworks laravel, codeigniter and custom php coding.
