Modify an C2C commerce

I have a C2C ecommerce script & want to do some modification this include:

(The script has a panel for the admin & seller & buyer already)

-add ability to limit how many products the seller can sell at once (not sure if this privellage is already there)
-install the script in my server (hostinger cpanel)
-Change the categories dropdown to a sticky one (change it's location slightly)
PS: i will detail what you should add in terms of categories & sub categories in the chat
-add phone verification using flash calls using checkmobi (if you don't know how to integrate this don't bid please) or maybe another service, we will figure this out later
-remove the script name & change it to my website name
-add logo
-add arabic & french ( i believe the script already suppor these just not sure how to add them)
-added searching filters based on each categories - THIS IS IMPORTANT
PS: it means if i go to real estate, i need to see dedicated filters for that particular category
-remove payment gateway in any kind & shape, it needs to be mutual agreement between the buyer & sell
-change the currency of the website (will detail this on the chat)
-add sign up based on google or facebook
--remove all the imported announcements as a demo (fake products on the script)
