Modify a Wordpress/Woocommerce Plugin

Hi woo experts!

I have a woocommerce postcode plugin which I need to modify.

1. Currently the plugin only have select (dropdowns) for State and City on the checkout page. Not for Postcodes.
2. I need the Postcode field to be select (dropdown) as well.
3. The plugin gets the State, City & Postcode information from a json file. I will provide this file for you.
4. You just need to modify the plugin's code to display the Postcode field as select (dropdown).

This should be a 1-2 hours max job for an expert :)
