Modify Stripe provider in Xenforo -- 2

Modify current Stripe provider:
1) Add option to make it global payment provider
2) Add option to external payment (redirect to Stripe checkout)
PS:
The budget for this project is $30, no more. I can give chance for new developers. Do not bid if you don't agree.
I need this provider to be installed like an add-on, I will not accept any other kind of installation or code in the "middle".
