Modify Stripe Payment Button for Breezing Forms in Joomla, adding 3D Secure Auth (Strong Customer Authentication)

Breezing Forms for Joomla has a Stripe Payment included, but there is no SCA included. That causes error in payments, when the credit card emitter bank asks for SCA, in payments about certain amount (every bank has its limits).
The error, in Stripe dashboard is "Payment declined because cardholder bank required authentication. Until you update your integration to handle 3D Secure authentication, payments like this will continue to be declined."
We need to implement 3D Secure, for Strong Custom Authentication, so the payment is accepted.
