Modify Shopify to WooCommerce Plugin -- 2

I need a developer to modify the “Shopify to WooCommerce” plugin. Currently, all orders from Shopify are exported to WooCommerce. I need the plugin modified to only export orders that have a specific tag in the orderline. Shopify experts knows that a order can contain an tag, for eg "export".
Requirements:
