Modify Existing Messaging Service in Buddypress to Create a Selection of pre-made sentences but not allow free messaging.

The basic idea is that only pre-made messages are available to choose from.
The Admin of this WordPress website should be able to input these messages from the backend.
Basically, I want people to be able to communicate via automated messages rather than type them out manually. This also stops people from sharing contact information.
As users type the suggestions appear from a drop-down box and constantly update as users type if their typing conforms to any of the pre-made messages.
You may modify an existing plugin or create something that has the same effect.
After this users may upgrade and then type free in combination with the automated messages or without. Maybe turn on or off with a premium subscription.
In addition to this, I need to make each BuddyPress member profile full size and their age and other profile information needs to show on the profile pic member search page.
