Modify Application in CI

i want to modify application in CI ,it is a radio application build in Ci and flutter ,here is sample https://internetradiouk.com/ i have a landing page already in html ,i need to read and please the radio saved on the application database and create section or div that admin can easily add pages like sample url .i would share the application source user that win this project please find attach the landing page
