Modifiy Opencart payment module (NO AUTOBID)

I have a working payment module from a bank institute.
I need to modify the front controller to make it work with another bankinstitute ( very similar ) but the api integration is slightly different.
It have to get the auth token (bearer) ( already working )
Create contract with all products in cart and user info ( already working )
Use the auth token and contract info to generate the checkout url ( This part is not working )
Please bid only if you have time and opencart experience otherwise dont't waste your time and my time.
You must have your own opencart test site for devoloping and test purpouse.
I will provide the module in ocmod for 2.3 and 3.x and you have to provide it in the same way.
Also i will provide the api integration guideline to modify the controller file.
To be clear , it's a modification of ONE single controller file the rest is working.
