Modifications to website using modesy multi-vendor marketplace script

I am looking for a freelancer to make modifications to my website using Modesy Script. The specific area that needs updating is Functionality, and I do have specific requirements for the modifications. Additionally, there are existing elements that need to be integrated into the modified website. I expect the freelancer to offer unique and creative suggestions for making the website better. The intention is to create a website with improved usability and a modern, great-looking design.
- I need a custom field I created in admin, show on the product detail page (can provide more details on this)
- A form integrated for tax purposes to include personal information such as full name, store name (prefilled) address, mailing address, social security number, social security number verify (must be shaded out and only show last 4 digits, user can use the eye icon to view full number), agree checkbox, date (prefilled) and a signature box, this form will not be seen my anyone expect the store owner (seller) and myself master admin. Store owner can add initial details but then can only edit. Admin can only view.
- Seller can see link to form in their Dashboard
- Admin can see link to form details in admin panel
- I need a fix, as some areas, do not allow me to use the 0 key in pricing, such as in shipping costs. It will let me use it when inputting a price for a product but no other area., also need to to show the . (decimal) in seller and admin dashboard when showing a list of products with their price. Currently is shows like 6400 but should be 64.00, or omit the leading 0's
My website is: ResaleRacks.com, and I need this done with minimal downtime, I can provide a backup of my site and mysql database in it's current state where everything is functional and live for public view.
