Modifications for a single product page
Budget: £10 – £50 GBP
Coed Morgan ARR is an air rifle range in the UK. On their website, there is a home page and a book a lane page where the user can currently book 1 of their 7 lanes in the rifle range for 1-6 hours at £20 per lane per hour. When booking a lane, the user must also choose to bring their own rifle for no extra charge or to rent a rifle for £5 per rifle per hour.
I hired a freelancer from Freelancer.com to create a website for this air rifle range with a booking system. He did an amazing job using WordPress, WooCommerce, and an RnB rental and booking plugin downloadable from https://codecanyon.net/item/rnb-woocommerce-rental-booking-system/14835145 to create a website and was paid accordingly.
The website also has a single product page where users can book a lane, as shown below. However, there are some design changes I would like to make to the single product page based on feedback from my client. I must reiterate that the changes need to be compatible with the current single product page’s layout, WooCommerce, and the RnB plugin used.
Firstly is the page layout. Currently, users choose a lane first, then choose a date second, then choose a time third. Instead, I would like to change the sequence these appear so you choose a date first, then choose a lane second, then choose a time third.
Secondly is the dropdown style. Currently, the Choose a Lane dropdown looks really outdated and does not fit with the rest of the page as it is just the browser’s default style. I would like to change the style of the dropdown to be larger and more aesthetically pleasing while fitting in with the other boxes.
Thirdly is the box size for inputs and buttons. I would like the date, time, and return boxes and buttons to be on separate rows and to stretch out / take up the full width available. Same with the dropdowns too please.
Fourthly is the return time. I would like to replace this with a duration box. This should be a certain whole number of hours which should be 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, or 6 hours, instead of an end time.

Currently, it is a dropdown where you choose to bring your own rifle for free, rent for 1 hour for £5, rent for 2 hours for £10, rent for 3 hours for £15, rent for 4 hours for £20, rent for 5 hours for £25, or rent for 6 hours for £30. Instead, could this be a dropdown. Instead, I would like to replace this with a tick box that users tick to bring their own rifle or leave unticked if they would like to rent a rifle. The system should calculate the price automatically.
I will give you a wp-content folder and sql file you can import and work with to make these changes. Simply import these folders in the zip to WP Local, which can be downloaded at https://localwp.com/ or use any other software you choose.
The maximum deadline where all files should be handed back by is Friday 24th May 2024 at 23:59 BST.
