Modification of PHP code for the web app.

The “Intercity Report” is the part of the web app . It is designed and functionalized already. However, it is required some modification of the report data calculation logic and to add the option to use different tariffs for passengers who were left in the bus after the last bus stop and another tariff for those who were up the bus between the current two bus stops (need to add “Urban tariff” option on the page “Routes/Tariffs” for every pair of the bus stops.
