I am looking for an experienced developer to modify and enhance a multi-agent chat system similar to WhatsApp.
1. **User Interface Improvement:**
- Replace the small reply arrow with a comprehensive functionality that includes options like "Reply" and "Forward", and when I say "select," I can select all the messages in the chat, just like WhatsApp.
- Correct the malfunction of the "Forward" function.
- Implement the option to select all messages in the chat to facilitate management.
- **Chat Organization Enhancement:**
- Rearrange the note boxes in the conversations for better visualization and organization.
2. **Roles and Permissions:**
- Allow incoming messages to be received by both users and the administrator.
- Extend the internal chat function so that users can communicate with each other within the system.
- Resolve the issue of connected users not appearing in green on the dashboard and user section.
3. **Internal Notes and Highlighting:**
- Add the option for internal notes in the chat, where users can add private comments that only the system personnel can view. These notes should be highlighted with a colored background.
4. **Preparation for SaaS:**
- Create a complete SaaS page with at least 3 subscription plans, including a 4-day free trial plan.
