Modificación de código Codeigniter (Perfex)

1.- La primera solicitud es "esconder" y modificar el código de un apartado el cual el cliente no quiere que se muestren precios a la hora de enviar al cliente una "propuesta económica" (No sé realmente cual sea su función pero es lo solicitado) entonces sería modificar el código del CRM (En este caso, perfex) y a la hora de agregar productos a la propuesta, este solo muestre el nombre del producto, así como una descripción. (dejo imagen 1 de como se ve actualmente el formulario de agregar productos) una vez realizada esta modificación, también se modificará el archivo PDF pues también muestra las cantidades y un pequeño apartado donde el cliente también puede ver el estatus de su "propuesta/pedido"
2.- Una vez realizado el procedimiento, viene la parte más importante del proyecto. El cliente expide certificados, un ej. es un extintor el cual requiere un certificado el cual muestra la fecha que se realizó el mantenimiento, el nombre del cliente, el contenido del agente PQS, la marca del producto, etc. El cliente necesita ser capaz de poder seleccionar que productos pueden llevar ese certificado y cuales no. En estos momentos existen 4 archivos: El certificado, la carta de garantía del o de los productos, un certificado de baja y otro que en su momento se los daré. El cliente necesita ser capaz de seleccionar que archivo se tienen que generar para los equipos que se tengan dentro de esa propuesta.
1.- The first request is to "hide" and modify the code of a section which the client does not want to show prices when sending the client an "economic proposal" (I do not really know what its function is but it is what is requested) then it would be to modify the CRM code (In this case, perfex) and when adding products to the proposal, this only shows the product name and a description. (I leave image 1 of how the form currently looks like to add products) once this modification is done, the PDF file will also be modified because it also shows the quantities and a small section where the customer can also see the status of their "proposal/order".
Once the procedure is done, comes the most important part of the project. The customer issues certificates, an example is a fire extinguisher which requires a certificate which shows the date the maintenance was performed, the name of the customer, the content of the PQS agent, the brand of the product, etc. The customer needs to be able to select which products can carry this certificate and which cannot. At the moment there are 4 files: The certificate, the letter of guarantee of the product(s), a certificate of deregistration and another one that I will provide in due course. The client needs to be able to select which file needs to be generated for the equipment within the proposal.
