Modern UI and Logo Integration

I am seeking a skilled design and integration professional to help amplify my existing web platform. I already have a logo and specific company branding colors in mind, which I want to be seamlessly incorporated into a modern design for better user experience.

Here are my specific requirements:
- Design and implement a modern User Interface for my website
- Integrate the existing logo in a visually appealing and strategic way
- Design website's Home Page, Sign Up, and Sign In form profile page, and Listing Page following the same design language
- Integrate all forms of questions within the website
- Ensure these new improvements are compatible with the existing framework, built using Laravel
