Project Summary:
We are seeking a skilled website and mobile app developer (or development agency) to design and build a modern, responsive, and user-friendly eCommerce and logistics platform that enables customers to rent mobility equipment online, customize their orders, and pay securely. The platform must also include real-time inventory tracking, automated delivery cost calculations, and toll road consideration based on delivery routing. The mobile app should provide all the same functionality as the website.

Equipment Rental Functionality:
Customers can browse available mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and other equipment.
Real-time inventory visibility: only items currently available can be booked.
Users can select rental duration (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Add-on options: optional insurance, accessories, and special handling.
Delivery & Pickup Logic:
Delivery and pickup available.
Delivery/Pickup Fee Logic:
Free for addresses within 15 miles of Washington, DC.
Automatic delivery & pickup fee calculation for locations outside the 15-mile radius.
Toll Fee Logic:
Toll fee is applied only if delivery route involves toll roads.
No toll charges if route avoids toll roads.
Secure Payment System:
Users can view final cost breakdown before checkout.
