Modıfications of the current laravel e-commerce platform

There is a nice laravel e-commerce system, which i will buy, all i need is an integration of a Turkish Bank Pos via API and the system needs to connect to an external xml api, get all product data from an external api and place it on the site and we will also provide an api to our members, where they can connect their systems via api and get the product data from our site. and it should be multi site, where we can add a translation from admin back-end, it will be b2b system.
