Hello there! We are seeking two professional Wordpress Developers with extensive Elementor experience and of course, a deep understanding of Wordpress to join our passionate team! Your job is to turn high end website page mockups into fully functioning, lively websites! This is a long term gig where the ideal candidate would regularly develop these websites on a weekly or monthly basis.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate or can develop websites from provide mockups, instructions, and documents and also perform regular updates and changes as needed on client websites.
-Technical Implementation: Accurately develop websites based on provided designs and technical instructions using your experience and our guides.
-Quality Assurance: Be able to conduct your own independent review of the finished website and ensure it meets our standards
-Wordpress Optimization: Perform regular optimization of Wordpress during and after a website’s initial build is completed.
-Wordpress Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance by updating and reviewing websites, making content changes, and fixing any errors that may arise.
-Animations: Creatively, implement appropriate and relevant animations using Elementor’s built-in tools and sometimes some custom CSS.
WHO We’re Looking For

We want a developer that can think and work independently to deliver high quality work. The right candidate produces a design-to-web accurate website and has the skills to do do efficiently. The ideal candidate also knows how to blend our directions and standards with their own practices. Your background would include at least 3+ years working with Wordpress and Elementor.
Professional Wordpress Experience: You understand the ins and outs of Wordpress and know how to— customize plugins/themes, minimize plugin usage, build efficiently using relevant tools, fix and diagnose common Wordpress errors, and deploy websites to hosting.
Website Building Experience: You are no stranger to building a website. You have at least 20+ Wordpress website builds under your belt!
Knows the Basic Web Languages: You have a good understanding of Javascript, CSS, and HTML.
Expert with Elementor: Elementor is YOUR go-to when given a choice. You have worked with other page builders, but you feel Elementor is the one and you know how to properly wield it, even keeping up with it’s new features just to try them out! You’ve taken a peek at it’s experimental features.
No Fear of Figma: We don’t need you to be an expert with Figma, but you should be comfortable navigating it when you need to.
Self-motivated: You’re self-motivated and a great problem solver. You are able to figure what you can and ask for help when you really need it after giving something a good try. You want to do the best job because you can’t do it any other way.
Collaborative Communicator: You understand the importance of communication and being team player.
Detail-Oriented: You pay close attention to the little things, from the pixel-perfect implementation of designs to the nuanced animations that enhance user interaction. Your work reflects a strong desire for a high quality end product.
