Mobile friendly Website - Food Ordering -- 2

I would like a mobile friendly website built where customers can be referred to the website and order their food from the menu.

The high level requirements are as follows:
- must be mobile user friendly
- provide payment options including stripe or equivalent and paypal
- provide a dynamic ordering platform where customers would click on a picture from the menu
- each menu item to have own customised add ons and relevant prices
- An invoice to be generated to the customer with balance owing of zero after order has been completed
- Order details to be sent to specific email
- Subscription payment option where customers can turn on or off their orders (monthly etc)
- notification of order on the way through sms (triggered from admin portal)
- pages should include gallery, About us, my orders plus more
- ability for customer to save custom order and reorder from their previous orders
- a popup of different customer first name and suburb who have recently ordered to show people are ordering
- coupon code discount
- contact us
- special messages for the order
- dietary requirements drop down list
- mandatory fields, address, phone number, email
- option of delivery for me or someone else (surprise)
- CMS upload all photos and home page
- provide instructions to use CMS/admin as well as instructions to change prices, upload photos etc.
- Must be able to test the website prior to informing website is finished
- Need to provide 3 months support in case any questions or issues with website
