o Manage items, products/services, rates, discounts, notes
o Use default due date or custom due date
• Gets customer details and products from masters
o Add customers and products on the go
• Update invoice status manually/Automatically/Payment integration
• Configure payment/bank details
• Access to statistics and analytics
Invoice:
• An html email invoice is sent to the client’s email along with a pdf attachment
• A link is sent to client’s phone as SMS
• SMS and email reminders are sent to the client
• Invoice has a pay now button that is configured with the system’s payment gateway, like razor pay etc.
• Once an invoice is paid online it is automatically updated in the system
o If the invoice is paid outside the system, the customer can update the invoice’s status manually on the system. (like payment received in Cash/Bank/1/Bank/2), with remarks option in it.
On-boarding:
• Customer signup as multi part form
o Basic customer / login details
o Company details
o Address details
o GST details
o KYC and Verification
o Select business category
App to provide a preconfigured list of products/services to the customer that they can update/edit later on
o Import clients and products via csv or add manually
o Import clients from phonebook
Alternatively- The APIs can be fetched from GST website, in case the customer of Admin has GSTIN.
