Mobile Website for WebRadio

We use an existing webradio provider. That provider offers an API of his service.
We need a 100% mobile friendly html website for which we will share the mockup.

Each song has its metadata and we need to create a database of the art we want to use with the specific song, and create a script to take the song playing information from the API, use that metadata to match to the correct track, and then display it on our website, player, etc.

We are looking for a webdeveloper helping us with this mission to setup & write that script as well as creating the website reading the final information which should be 100% mobile friendly and html.

SEO perfomance should be exceptional and hints and tricks are expected to be integrated in this project from the developer

- css/ webdesign competence
- API scripting
- Detailed script and coding documentation (IN THE script and in a document.)
No milestone will be released if documentation and programming structure is not clean and properly documented !
