Objective:
We are seeking an experienced freelance web developer or agency to design and develop a mobile phone tariff comparison website. The website will allow users to compare mobile phone plans and tariffs from various networks and vendors. The website must import and sync data from affiliate vendors using CSV or XML feeds.
The end result should be similar in functionality and appearance to Mobile Phones UK or uSwitch Mobiles.

Import and sync data from affiliate vendor feeds (CSV or XML).
Automatic and periodic updates of data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Core Features:
Display a list of products (phones and plans) with vendor/network names, logos, and pricing.
Filtering and sorting options for users (e.g., by price, network, contract length, etc.).
Vendor/network branding displayed alongside offers (name and logo).
Responsive design for seamless viewing across desktop and mobile devices.
Platform:
Developed in WordPress or another appropriate web development framework.
The platform must allow for scalability and customization for additional markets (e.g., UK and USA versions).
User Experience:
Intuitive navigation and layout.
Fast loading times and optimized for search engines (SEO-friendly).
Additional Features:
Admin panel for easy management of data and website content.
